What airport do we fly into and how far is it from the resort?
Answer
You can fly directly into Key West International Airport. The Key West International Airport is approximately 2 miles from the resort. You can easily get a Taxi or an Uber from the airport to the resort for approximately $10-$15.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the Parrot Key Resort no later than 4:15pm EST on Sunday, January 5th. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm EST.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Welcome Dinner You are invited to a Welcome Dinner on Saturday, January 4th at 6pm. Location: The Grove Restaurant & Bar at The Parrot Key Hotel & Villas Casual Attire: Sundress, nice jeans or shorts and polo or button-down shirts Wedding After Party Immediately after the reception we will hop on a trolley, from Parrot Key, to head to Duval Street. Please note, the trolley will take us one way, but to allow everyone to return at their own convenience, you will be responsible to get yourself back to the hotel. Some transportation options are Uber, scooter or walk (it is not far from the hotel).

What is the Wedding Attire?
Answer
Linen pants, button-down shirts, sundress, maxi dress and sandals. Bring a light sweater to prepare for the chilly breeze at night. The wedding is on the sand so feel free to kick off your shoes for the ceremony.

Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors at the wedding resort. Please dress accordingly by checking the weather.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
To ensure adequate seating and catering, kindly RSVP by November 17, 2024 for the wedding. Additionally, please remember to secure your hotel accommodations at the wedding resort by October 30, 2024. Thank you!

Is there a discounted room block at the wedding resort?
Answer
Yes, there is a block of rooms for our wedding guests at the Parrot Key Resort. The cutoff date to book a room and get the discounted rate is October 30, 2024. Please contact Lori Branch at 844-672-7768 to book your room and mention the Wall/Woodley wedding. Press 1 or 2 for new or existing reservations. Reservations can be made Tuesday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm EST. If Lori does not answer the phone, please ask for her specifically. Please note, you will not get the discounted rate by calling the hotel reservation desk directly or booking on the Parrot Key Resort website. A one-night deposit + 12.5% tax will be due when you reserve your room. Rooms are limited so please book asap. Room rates range from $258 to $1,320 + tax and resort fee, per night. The balance of your stay is paid upon arrival at check in. All rooms / rates must be booked with Lori or her staff members directly. Room rates or modifications to reservations cannot be made if you choose to not book in the block or book with someone else.
