Bryan has quickly become one of Arlan's best friends. Him and his wife, Sasha, were one of the reasons that Arlan decided to move into the city. One of Arlan's favorite memories with Bryan is when he made Bryan laugh so hard he started crying and could not control himself. We can't go into very much detail as to why Bryan laughed so hard... Bryan, Arlan loves you very much, but he will never get over the fact that you recommended restaurants for him to try in NYC but did not tell him what to order until after he ate and walked out of the restaurant.
Amanda Harle
Maid of Honor
Amanda and Kortney have known each other since the 5th grade. They played lacrosse together, went through the same "boyband" phase during middle school, shared the same friend group, and share the same mutual weirdness that helps them bond so well. Amanda moved to Nevada during their junior year of high school, but they stayed best friends through it all. Kortney and Amanda have been on many adventures together and they plan to keep having more until they are old and wrinkly.
Aaron Paloalto

Aaron is Arlan's youngest brother. Once Arlan moved to the city, he has been able to see Aaron more often and needless to say, they've had blast! They continuously find themselves laughing to the point where they cannot breathe because their sense of humor is essentially the same. Aaron and Arlan always have a good time; whether it's Tacos Chukis, watching Moana or exploring the city. Aaron is a one of kind. He is honest, caring and incredibly thoughtful. Arlan knows that he can always count on Aaron to be real with him and tell him the truth and also encourage him to be positive or just make him laugh.
Tiffany Taylor

Tiffany and Kortney both went to Northwest University together and played on the soccer team there. They were roommates their sophomore year of college and captains of the women's soccer team their senior year together. They love eating tacos, sharing memes, reenacting episodes of the office and drinking ALL THE COFFEE when they are together. Tiff and Kort shared those crazy college memories together, and they plan on being friends forever pretty much.
Angel Mendoza

Arlan has known Angel for about 5 years now. Arlan met him on a trip to Texas to visit the pastors he had in Manson, Washington. Angel and Arlan really got to know each other very quickly. Over the last few years, Arlan visited him and his wife Kayla and have become a close knit family. Angel always made a point of asking Arlan if he was dating anyone whenever he would visit Angel in Texas. They would always have a heart to heart conversation in Angel's truck, Molly, and Arlan would always so that he was still VERY single. But that's all changed and Angel was so excited when heard about Kortney.
Ciara Sandell
Bridesmaid
Ciara and Kortney went to Northwest University together, and once they became roommates their junior year, they quickly bonded over their mutual love of coffee. Ciara and Kortney stayed up late studying together and they both went to Africa within the same year so they had LOTS to talk about and bond over. She is crazy smart and talented and Kortney is so so thankful for the friend that Ciara is to her.
Isaiah Robinson

Arlan and Isaiah met each other last summer when Isaiah moved across the country to intern at Reach Church. After they met, Arlan invited him to lunch at what become one of their regular places to eat in Kirkland, Teriyaki Madness. Isaiah and Arlan are the two introverts the love to hangout together in a room, not talk to each other, play a movie and fall asleep in the middle of the movie.-- all on a Saturday afternoon. Isaiah has been a great friend to Arlan during some difficult times, he would listen to his worries, doubts and complaints; but also celebrate the good, the great and the miraculous.
Sarah Clark
Bridesmaid
Kortney's favorite and forever lab partner. They met in a science course their freshman year at Northwest University and with Sarah being crazy smart and Kortney being good at laboratory techniques, they made the perfect pair. They studied the entire breakdown of the cell together, shared almost every cup of coffee that they've ever had from Mercurys together, and gone through the entire Biology program together. Kortney is beyond thankful that she has a friend like Sarah and she is so lucky to have her be a part of her special day.
Conner Hudak

Conner is Kortney's younger brother and partner in crime. There is a daily exchange of memes between them, and if you're around them you'll probably witness a reference to a vine and Kortney crying laughing at some sort of inside joke that they have. Though they tease and make fun of each other, they have that inseparable sibling bond that usually results with them being the loudest people in the room.
Sasha Perez

Sasha and Arlan are very similar in their personalities which is probably why they get along so well. She has given Arlan so much advice about life, has given him some career coaching, and has kept him calm when he has freaked about gifts or dates with Kortney. Both Sasha and Bryan have played a big part in Arlan and Kortney's story; from the third date on their roof to the night Arlan proposed. It means a lot to have Sasha and her husband, Bryan, be a part of this day and as their best friends in the city!
Nate Falk
Groomsman
Nate and Kortney have grown up together and he is her designated FRamily. Kortney got to watch him grow up and spend every holiday, birthday, Super Bowl and get together with one another. They shared a pokemon card binder and loved playing soccer together, growing up. Throughout the years with Kortney in Kirkland for school and Nate at Seattle U and studying abroad, their friendship has still been one of those where you can go for a length of time without seeing them and then pick back up right where you left off.
Ciara Claraty

Arlan and Ciara have known each other about 7 years now. They both attended Northwest University and completed their Masters Degrees together shortly after. They have laughed, cried and laughed some more over the years (but especially in grad-school) and have become like brother and sister. She has been there for Arlan during his best moments and also some of the not so best moments. She has been cheering for Arlan and Kortney all the way from California since day one. Not everyone is lucky to have such an amazing friend like Ciara. She has pushed Arlan to dream big, believe in himself and to reach out when he needs anything.
