Please arrive around 4:00pm as our ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Afterward, we’ll move into cocktail hour, followed by dinner and a reception.
Our dress code is formal, so feel free to dress up and enjoy the occasion! Think mid to full length dresses, suits, or anything you’d wear to a festive evening celebration. If you’ve been waiting for a reason to get a little fancy, this is it!
A little bit of both! Our ceremony will be outside on the grass, and the reception will be in an open-air indoor space, so we’ll still get to enjoy the fresh air while celebrating together. You may want to pick shoes that are grass-friendly and bring a light layer for later in the evening.
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding a spot when you arrive.
Our wedding will take place at The Barn at Trinity Tree Farm. The property actually has two venues, The Barn and The Lodge. Our celebration is at The Barn, which will be the first venue you see when you arrive. If you find yourself driving up a hill through the Christmas tree farm, you’ve gone a little too far and may be on your way to attend someone else’s wedding! Just head back down and you’ll find us.
We wish we could celebrate with absolutely everyone, but due to space and planning constraints, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation included a plus-one, it will be indicated there.
While we adore our whole family, we’ve decided to make this an adults-only celebration. However, we’ve made accommodations for our friends and family with newborn babies, and those little ones will be joining us. Thank you so much for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Richard's favorite...pizza! We’re bringing in a wood-fired pizza oven, and pizzas will be made fresh on site all evening. There will be a variety to enjoy and plenty to go around—so come hungry and ready to grab a slice (or a few)!
