When should I RSVP by?
Answer
February 1st, 2024 Those who do not RSVP will not attend, unless otherwise addressed with bride/groom.

Are kids allowed to attend the event(s)?
Answer
Kids between the ages of 2-18 will not be permitted at this event, unless otherwise stated and discussed with bride/groom. We understand that this may be a feat for some, therefore we're hoping by sending out the RSVPs in advance, it allows for enough time to accommodate for childcare, either at your home or in California. *We may be able to help with finding child care in the local area if needed *

Best Airport to fly into?
Answer
Sacremento is the easiest, but San Francisco and Oakland are not bad options if you're looking for a better deal.

Will there be a hotel block?
Answer
No. Recommendations for locations that are close to the venue include: -Vacaville. CA - Fairfield, CA - Suisun Valley/City, CA - Napa. CA - Sonoma, CA ** San Francisco and Sacramento are about an hour and a half drive to all events**

Can I bring a plus one/additional guest?
Answer
When you RSVP the number of allowed guests will be displayed. Unless otherwise stated, the name(s) included are the only people who should attend the events during the wedding weekend! We understand that there are other people who you would like to spend this special day with, but we would like for our wedding to be as intimate as possible. *If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.*

Dress Attire for the weekend includes: Welcome Party- Casual Ceremony & Reception- Formal/Black Tie

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we would appreciate if all phones were silenced during the ceremony. Thank you.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
4:30 pm. A shuttle service will be provided from a separate location (about a mile away from the venue). The shuttle will start running around 3:45 pm and the last shuttle prior to the ceremony will be leaving at 4:20 pm to ensure all guests are prompt. After the ceremony commences, the shuttle will begin to run again throughout the duration of the night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
A parking lot, about a mile away from the venue, is where guests will be asked to park and be shuttled back and forth from the event. The address to this location can be found under the events tab.
