CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} and Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that only children named on the invitation are invited. Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr & Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited.

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please kindly RSVP by May 31st!

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 31st, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate “Will NOT attend” on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:45-5:00 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY. CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Absolutely - please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy related concerns/requests.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ADULT BEVERAGES?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, your are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer
