We met at the tail end of our second and third years of college, a time when neither of us were searching for anything. Yet somehow, we found each other exactly when we needed to. What started as simply getting to know one another quickly became something neither of us expected. That summer changed everything. From our long car rides filled with conversation and laughter (plus a little awkwardness), and learning each other’s hearts, we fell in love, and it wasn’t rushed or forced. It was peaceful. It felt right. And what began that summer only grew stronger with time. Looking back, we can clearly see where God was working through it all, in the timing, how our paths crossed, in how naturally our faith aligned, and in the way we prayed for each other from the very beginning. None of it was accidental. He was writing our story long before we ever set foot in the same room. From the start, we’ve wanted Jesus at the center of our relationship. We’ve grown in our faith together, prayed through life’s decisions, and leaned on Him in every season. We know marriage isn’t just about us; it’s about building something that honors God and reflects Jesus' love for His church. We are so grateful God brought us together when He did. And we can’t wait to continue walking into this next chapter hand in hand, trusting the One who wrote our story in the first place.
