Dakota and Arianna met on Facebook (so millennial) in the summer of 2020. It was a rough year for everyone, but meme's continued to abound, regardless of any quarantine. They traded laugh reacts and silly comments on posts for years, watching each others various relationships bloom and fade as time marched on. Dakota has a propensity for accidents, and September 2023 he had a nasty one. Nasty enough to worry Arianna into checking on him regularly! As he healed up, their conversations grew more frequent and it wasn't long until they realized they had more in common than just their sense of humor. They spent late nights trading songs, talking about concerts, reminiscing about embarrassing childhood stories, and even sharing recipes. Third time really is the charm, as Arianna finally agreed to their first date on October 18th, 2023. Dakota was late (not his fault!!) and was shaking so hard for the first hour that Arianna had to feed him pieces of soft pretzel in between anxious words. She found him incredibly handsome and endearing, and the rest is history. Arianna and Dakota are delighted to have Ella as a junior bridesmaid, as she insists that she is too old to be a flower girl - they are happy to oblige. They love her dearly, and Arianna is so honored to be accepted as part of their little family. "We really think that something out there aligned for us to have met when we did, like at the perfect time in our lives for us to need each other. It feels like we've known each other our whole lives and that is something special. Our families love each other, our friend groups mesh seamlessly, and Swayze might even love me more than Kota.
