Anushmita is based in Austin, Texas and I am based in Seattle, Washington. We met for the first time in Seattle in 2021. We bonded over our love for seafood and the experience of being probashi Bengalis who returned to West Bengal for college and moved to the US for our Masters. Over the past months, we have enjoyed traveling to various cities and exploring the great outdoors, especially hiking, kayaking and camping.

We got engaged in Kolkata on 5th Feb 2023, with the blessings of our elders, in the company of family, friends and loved ones.

We are excited to start the next chapter of our lives and look forward to celebrating our wedding with you. See you in Kolkata on December 17, 2023!
