FAQs

The Wedding Website of Arielle Frost and Devon Varnadore
Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to have more join us on our special day, due to budgeting, we request that you do not bring anyone other than that which is listed on your invitation.

Question

How early should I come?

Answer

We ask that our guests arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the time the ceremony starts. This will ensure that our guests arrive on time for the ceremony, as well as give the opportunity for our guests to have conversations with friendly faces.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code for our wedding will be semi-formal. Women are encouraged to wear dresses without any white, and men are encouraged to avoid jeans. Our venue does have air conditioning, but keep in mind of August weather.

Question

Will it take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will consist of indoor and outdoor elements. The ceremony as well as the reception will take place inside at Tin Roof Farms, and cocktail hour will have the option to be indoor/outdoor.

Question

What will parking look like?

Answer

All guests will be parked in guest parking, which will be closest to the reception. Guests will be transferred to the chapel on a golf cart by Tin Roof Farms staff.

Question

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

While we are not requiring absolutely no phone usage during the ceremony, we request that phones be put away once the ceremony has started. We are going to have a photographer to capture our big day and prefer to not have mobile devices in our forever photos.

Question

What if we don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

Due to needing to inform our vendors in a timely manner on how many guests will be attending, if you are unable to provide an RSVP by the time of the provided date, we will take it as "unable to join".

Question

What is served at the reception?

Answer

Caterer: Pasta bar We ask that all guests refrain from bringing in any outdoor alcohol. We are paying for a bar service, and we ask that our guests respect the workers by not bringing in any alcohol. Bar services include soda, water, tea, and lemonade. If you plan on drinking we ask our guests to plan ahead and drive with a responsible driver.
