To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is Saturday, August 30th. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand ❤
Semi-formal attire - Think fall elegance! This is a special day, and we want you all to dress your best with us! Midi, maxi, or knee length dresses permitted for the women. A suit or dress shirt with a tie for the men.
Yes. Both the ceremony & cocktail hour will be hosted outside. It's October in the Poconos so expect sunshine (hopefully!) but it might be best to have a light jacket on hand.
Yes - the venue has a parking lot on site for those that choose to drive there on the day of. We also have a shuttle available for ALL guests that will be circling to and from the Hampton Inn. We want you to party with us and be safe!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the envelope of the mailed invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of a few family members.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
We have coordinated a blocks at the following hotels: Hampton Inn - 700 Commerce Blvd., Stroudsburg, PA 18360 **Our after party will be hosted here! There will be a shuttle that picks guests up at the Hampton Inn on the day of the wedding. Please note, this is the ONLY location the shuttle will be driving to/from. Fairfield Inn - 294 Frantz Rd., Stroudsburg, PA 18360 We would also like to point out that there are several lodging options throughout the area - from cabins, Airbnb's, to Vrbo's. We welcome you to explore your options!
