The OG Meow Wolf! This immersive, psychedelic, living art exhibit is a one-of-a-kind experience. Meow Wolf was founded by Santa Fe local, and Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin.

Museum Hill is home to four incredible museums, including the Museum of International Folk Art and the Museum of Spanish Colonial Art, as well as the Santa fe Botanical Gardens. Grab a bite to eat at the Museum Hill Cafe, open Tuesday-Sunday from 11a - 3p!
Izunami is a traditional izakaya-style restaurant. It is a short drive up Hyde State Park Rd and is located on the grounds of the Ten Thousand Waves spa. The food, service, and ambiance are lovely. We highly recommend the ribs.
Bumble Bees is one of our all-time favorite restaurants. Think Chipotle but local (and better!) We highly recommend the chicken tortilla stew or the Burrito Grande.
Some of the best South Indian food you will ever try. We recommend going with a party of 6 or more so that you can get a reservation.
A Santa Fe staple. Cash only. Get the cinnamon rolls. Or Adrian's favorite, the Durango Omelette.
Reward yourself post-hike with a green chile cheeseburger and a milkshake. We also recommend their fried oyster sandwich. Shake Foundation was started by the chef of one of Santa Fe's best-known fine-dining restaurants.
The pink adobe offers elevated Mexican food in one of the oldests neighborhoods in the US (directly across the street from the oldest church in America.)
Think of Blake's like New Mexico's P. Terry's. It is a local fast food chain serving up some of the best breakfast burritos you've ever had.
Ojo Caliente is a natural hot spring and spa a little ways outside of Santa Fe. This makes for a great day trip and the drive out is beautiful. Look out for Camel Rock on your way.
This is the hiking trail where Adrian proposed! There are multiple short loops with great views and it is only a couple minutes outside of town. This is a great hike to do on your first day when you are still adjusting to the altitude.
Chamisa trail sits in a valley and lacks some of the views experienced on other trails. It makes up for it with beautiful scenes of nature and an easy-to-follow loop.
This is a slightly more challenging trail than Aspen Vista or Dale Ball (though still manegable for novice hikers.) It has beautiful meadows and streams in the summer and lets out at Aspen Vista if you would like to extend your hike.
This is one of the last hikes on Hyde State Park Road before you get to the ski mountain. The trail follows a road, thus it is nearly impossible to get lost. The views are well worth the drive up.
