FAQs

Question

When should we travel in and out of the Ozarks?

Answer

It is a holiday weekend and it will be busy! The bride and groom, and most of the bridal party, will travel in on Thursday, May 27th and depart on Monday, May 31st. We highly recommend that you book flights early and arrive on Friday, May 28th at the latest. A lot of people are also extending their trips to enjoy the area, but do what works best for your wallet and schedule!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Immediate family and the wedding party will be invited to stay onsite at GlassHaus Weddings or at a number of their sister properties within 5-10 mins away. Additional wedding guests can explore hotel, Airbnb or VRBO options nearby. The area has many choices but we encourage you to book sooner rather than later, due to the holiday weekend.

Question

Am I invited to every event throughout the weekend?

Answer

You are! With the exception of the short Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal, which will take place with only the bridal party before Friday's Welcome Soiree, you are invited to attend every event listed on the schedule.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

This will be an adults-only event (18+), so please leave your kiddos at home! For special circumstances, please contact the bride to discuss.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

It will be the end of spring/beginning of summer, so we expect warm weather! This is a formal event, so dress to the nines while keeping your comfortability in mind. For ladies, we suggest flowy dresses, skirts or pant suits with a light layer just in case. For gentlemen, we recommend linen suits or breathable slacks with collared shirts and removable jackets! If you'd like to match our theme, think bright florals or spring colors. Our color palette includes peach, sage, rose, rust, mahogany, mauve and lavender.

Question

How many meals will be provided?

Answer

Welcome Soiree Wedding Day Brunch Wedding Day Dinner Farewell Brunch

Question

Do I need to worry about dietary restrictions at the Reception?

Answer

Our Reception Dinner will be served buffet-style with a range of options to suit all dietary restrictions and preferences.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Hell yes!!! :) Please bring cash, however, to tip the venue's amazing staff.

Question
