Unfortunately we are at Max Capacity with our guest list and are unable to include extra seats. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.
The wedding ceremony and reception are both outdoors with a semi formal / cocktail attire dress code. There is a backup space inside a barn for the ceremony, and under an extremely large party tent for the reception. No jeans, shorts, tennis shoes etc. Wedding party colors include; Dusty rose, Ballet pink, Cream and Blue suits.
Due to our limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides our two participating in the wedding.
We will be having Mission BBQ as buffet style including but not limited to; Various Appetizers, Pulled Pork, Salmon, Brisket, Cheesy Potatoes, Green Beans, Broccoli Salad, Baked Beans, Fruit and Veggie Trays, and Various Desserts.
Yes! It is an open bar that includes Beer; Miller lite & Yuengling, Titos vodka (with mixers), and White Claw hard seltzers. Please do not bring your own alcohol.
Free parking is available at the ceremony venue and the reception area. Those attending both the ceremony and reception are NOT allowed to leave their car at the ceremony venue. All guests must travel from the ceremony to the reception (25 min drive). Lawn parking at the Seitz residence is encouraged so no one is blocked in.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but If you would like to honor us with another gift, there will be a card box at our reception, or you can click on our registry page and make a contribution to our honeymoon fund.
Please arrive around 2:30-2:45 as the ceremony is expected to start between 3 and 3:15pm. There is only a very short walk from the parking area to the ceremony space but we would love for you to be seated and ready by 3pm.
Someone will be at the Seitz residence to great you upon arrival. Please plan to arrive between 4:30p-5:00p. There will be Hors d'oeuvres / various finger foods available while we wait for the bridal party. The entire bridal party will be arriving together around 5:15pm. Dinner is around 6:00pm Dancing and fun until 10:00pm at the latest. I know it's a Sunday, sorry you guys! If anyone wants to leave their cars at our place and Uber to the nearest hotel you are more than welcome but unfortunately we cannot accommodate anyone staying the night at our house.
