When should I RSVP?

As soon as possible! But we ask that you please submit your reply by October 15th.

Is there a wedding code I can use for booking?

Will Ariel and Truman be upset if we can’t make it?

Answer

No! We understand this will be an expensive trip, a lot of traveling and a long time away from home. We completely understand if you aren’t able to attend! But if you can’t, you will be missed 😊

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Passports are required for international travel. Make sure your passport is valid until August 15, 2025.

Can I stay at any of the Sandals Resorts in Saint Lucia?

Answer

Yes! There are 3 different Sandals resorts on the island. If you wish to stay at a different location from where our wedding will be held, you are welcome to do so. Free shuttles are offered to travel between locations. Just make sure your leave in plenty of time to be there for our ceremony!

Do I have to stay at Sandals?

Answer

No, you are not required to stay at a Sandals Resort; however if you do choose to stay at an unrelated, nearby hotel, you will have to pay a $170pp visitor's fee to enter the Sandals property. Eligible entry 1 hour before start of the event.

Can I book through a third party engine?

Answer

Yes. We've been told that our guests can book either directly through Sandals or through other booking sources (Expedia, Travelocity, Costco Vacations, Air Line Packages, etc.). Just be sure to include our wedding code while booking.

Are kids allowed at Sandals?

Answer

No. Unfortunately, Sandals is an adults-only, couple's resort. We're sorry to say that anyone under 18 years of age will not be able to attend.

Is airport transportation included?

Answer

Yes! Transportation to and from the airport will be included in the cost of your stay. Once you arrive at the airport, clear customs and claim your checked bags, simply go to the Sandals check-in area and they will put you on the next shuttle!

Answer

Since Sandals is a couple's resort, all rooms are sold at double-occupancy prices. If need be, you can absolutely occupy a room by yourself, however your room will be the same price. Single-occupancy booking must be done over the phone.
