We ask that all of our guests dress in full Viking attire! Check out the gallery for inspo ideas!
YES - Ariel and Sean have an extra special punishment for any party poopers. Lean into the whimsy!
We recommend checking out your local goodwill or thrift shop. Embracing fabrics like cotton, linen, leather, fur and silk and adorning yourself with natural jewelry or jewelry that could have been pillaged is perfect. Finding some kind of cotton or linen dress or long shirt and belting it is a great place to start. Reach out to Ariel if you are struggling and she will help get your creative juices flowing within your budget.
Yes, but it must be sheathed and cannot be used while on the property (i.e. no using of or throwing of weapons)

Camp Colton only allows a certain number of people to stay on the property after the wedding. We have prioritized the wedding party and close family to stay on the property. Those who did not receive a specific invitation to stay on the property will have to have a DD, so strategize with other guests and carpool out to the venue. If you would like help finding folks to carpool with, text ariel at 5037294769 and she can help connect you with folks in your area or folks that already have a DD who are willing to add people to their car. I know this is an inconvenience for some and was not Sean and I's ideal set up, but this set up is going to allow us to have the after party of our dreams. Camp Colton locks down their property at night and those on the property can legally have a private party and due to the size of the property, the quiet hours are essentially null and void. If you do not get set up with a DD, you will just have to drink responsibly. So for those not invited to stay on the property, sorry not sorry. We hope you enjoy the festivities nonetheless and we are here to help you strategize on how to get home safely.
Yes, there will be a smoking section. We are not legally allowed to have a Bud Bar at the same time as having an alcohol bar due to OLCC rules, but the work around is that we are allowed to bring our own smokables, we just cannot serve them to people. So feel free to bring your bud, or receive a free gift from a weed fairy while you are transported back in time to the land of the vikings ;)
Breakfast and drip coffee will be provided. There are hiking trails to explore the giant property. There is lake you can swim in with a canoe you can use as well. You are welcome to bring anything you would like to have some fun in the lake (inflatables, paddle board, etc), as long as you get out of the way of any photos we may need to to take. Fishing is also allowed, but you must use a single hook.
You gotta be gone by 11am AT THE LATEST. The late fee is incredibly steep and if you are the reason we get charged we will be asking you to pay the fee (so don't be late).
No. Venue policy.
