FAQs

Please check back on this page once formal invitations are sent out in order to have the most up-to-date questions and answers!
Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones at this time. We thank you for understanding that we would like to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family!

Question

Are there colors or attire to avoid?

Answer

We kindly ask that no one wears colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, or cream shades.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. For the men, options include a tux or classic suit and tie. For the ladies, this means floor-length cocktail or tea-length dresses. As for color codes, we ask that you wear either black or dark/navy blue.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to take photos!

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

No, there is not but we will provide more details on nearby parking garages and rates soon!

Question

Where do we RSVP?

Answer

Once invitations are sent out, the RSVP section will be made available on the website!

Question

Recommendations for getting around the city?

Answer

For the day of the event, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to and from the hotel considering the ceremony and reception locations are 8-10 minutes away by car. If you'd prefer to rent a car, we'll be providing more info on available parking garages soon!

Question

Is there a nearby hotel to the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes! Under the "Travel" tab on this website you can find our hotel block! However, you are more than welcome to stay somewhere else of your choosing.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, these will be held at separate locations within 10 minutes of each other. More information will be made available soon!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin at exactly 11 am as we are only allotted a one hour time slot. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any guests that arrive after 11 am.

Question

What if I can't afford it or simply can't make It?

Answer

We understand that not everyone will be able to make the trip, just be sure to let us know as soon as possible!
