Travel Note

The Venue ~ 11333 Occidental Road, Sebastopol CA 95472.

Our wedding is going to be held in a redwood grove on Occidental Road between Sebastopol and Occidental. Our lease gives us access to the site grounds from Thursday the 17th until Monday the 21st. Power, water, cooking surfaces, and toilets will be provided on site. We will be crowdsourcing camping supplies for anyone interested in camping out. Trailers, tents, RVs, and vehicle camping are all welcome possibilities. If you have camping supplies you are willing to donate to the weekend beyond your own needs, we are asking for your support in helping us support our guests!

San Francisco International Airport

While there are numerous airports in the region, San Francisco Int. seems to have the best prices, but we encourage all of our international guests to search for the entire Bay Area (including Oakland and San Jose), as well as Sacramento Int. Airport. Ground Transportation from SFO to Santa Rosa is routinely serviced by GROOME TRANSPORT. It is about $60 per person each way (https://groometransportation.com).

Coming from San Francisco Int. to Sonoma County direct? This bus company operates between SFO and Sonoma County usually every hour. About $60 per person each way. Cash preferred. Tip your driver! http://groometransportation.com/ NOTE -- Make sure you do not book your shuttle less than 1 hour after you land.

Santa Rosa Airport (STS)

While it is unlikely that the premium costs of landing at regional airport are preferential, the cost of Groome Transport ($60/per person each way) behoves the consideration of the traveler. If your concern is simplicity and less cost, we recommend landing in Santa Rosa, CA. If you find an airfare around $120 more to land in STS, definitely take it.

Landed in SF and don't know where to stay? This is the oldest Motel in SF, next to the ocean! Very charming and clean art deco style motel.

One of a few local options for out out-of-town guests. Occidental is extremely charming but small. Travel time: 5 minutes to our house and 10 minutes to the venue.
