Who needs dating apps when you have Instagram? It all started when I decided to shoot my shot with, “you’re cute as hell!” Luckily, she thought so too and after talking nonstop for about a week, Kristin finally asked to take me on a date. Though our first date was cut short because I got sick, she still wanted to see me again. We’ve always enjoyed traveling and “firsts” together and have created so many memories and a life we love. Fast forward a little over five years and we have two children and we bought our first house together. During our final walkthrough, we’re taking photos and out of the corner of my eye, I see her dropping to one knee holding the most beautiful ring. I think we both knew in that moment there was no other answer than the obvious YES! Maybe a little “it’s about time!” Through everything life has thrown at us over the years, we’ve been inseparable and remained so in love and cannot wait to solidify that in front of all the people who mean the most to us.
