Question

Will there be a bar/alcohol?

Answer

Yes we will have a Cash bar and a bartender tending it. Bringing your own alcohol is NOT allowed nor is taking your drink off premises. You can not bring your drink to your car/designated parking area. They will ID anyone who looks 30 or under so bring your ID and a designated driver. They do have the right to stop serving alcohol to any individuals at any time during the event, so please be responsible and respectful. We want you to be safe!

What kind of food will be served during the reception?

Answer

BBQ and 2 sides, this will be buffet style/self serve!

Where is reception held?

Answer

The reception is held right beside where we are having the ceremony! Please come and enjoy music, dancing and food!

Will the bride and groom have a Send off?

Answer

We are having a sparkler send off and probably will do it early before the photographer leaves! We will gather everyone to do this

Cell phones during ceremony

Answer

Please put away your cellphones and enjoy our moment with us during ceremony. We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture this moment! We will get pictures with you all and such during reception time. We appreciate your help with this🖤

Smoking

Answer

There will be a designated smoking area but cigarette butts are not tolerated! Please dispose of your own cigarette butts properly as this will cost us a fee if any are found. Please NO smoking in any of the barns!!

Cleanup at the end

Answer

We will appreciate anyone who will help with cleanup at the end as this will all have to be done ourselves.

Where will the guest park?

Answer

There will be a designated parking area and a staff member of burdoc farms will be guiding everyone where to go. You may only be allowed to park in the designated areas! No parking or driving past the parking barriers!

Trash

Answer

No cans are allowed at all! We will provide drinks and cups for your convenience! Please throw away ALL trash, paper, beer, cups, plates etc in the trash bins. Any trash thrown on the ground is not permitted.

Question

What time do we have to be out of the venue?

Answer

The wedding will be over at 10 pm! Everyone must be off the premises by 12 AM (including all decor etc). Which is why we will appreciate your help with cleanup after 10 pm🖤
