Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs should be done by May 23rd! If you have not RSVP'd or personally reached out to us by then, we will miss you and hope to celebrate with you at a further date!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course kids are welcome! There is a small outdoor play area for them as well! Please keep in mind after 8:00 PM music will be more adult and people will be drinking!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a shuttle that will be taking to certain hotels. Shuttles wont be able to pick people up until 10:00 PM. Even if you do not plan on staying in a hotel but would like to leave your car at the venue, you can ride the shuttle back to the hotel we are staying at and then uber from there. Cars MUST be picked up by 10:00 AM the next day.

What food will there be?

We are having a buffet style dinner including: Baked Chicken, Beef Tips/gravy, Garlic red potatoes, Veggies, Jell-O Salad, Punch, Coffee Cupcakes and smores to follow
