Rehearsal dinner, including: Corn and crab bisque, Cobb salad, zucchini-squash medley, rice pilaf, stuffed catfish, shrimp and grits, vegan pasta, and chicken pasta.

Food will be hors d'oeuvres including: Club sandwiches, shrimp remoulade, eggplant caponata, stuffed artichoke hearts, shrimp and artichoke croustades, oyster en brochette, crawfish and tasso croustades, cheese-stuffed mushrooms, boudin-stuffed mushrooms, miniature muffalettas, grilled sesame tuna, pecan crusted chicken, baked crabcakes, Thai chicken, and fried brie. As these are hors d'ouevres, if you are worried you might need something more substantial, it is recommended you eat before the ceremony begins! Additionally, we will have an open bar for the duration of the reception.
