We are registered at any bank across the country. Simply walk in and ask everyone to put their hands up and demand every single dollar they have. On our wedding day bring it with you. We'll take coins too! Maybe we're kidding. ;) Please. We do not want gifts. We know how expensive this trip can and or will be so all we want is to share and celebrate with every one. Kind of like a huge family and friends celebration vacation. Seriously. No gifts. If you buy us a gift we will pawn it and give you the cash back. (Minus the Uber fee to get to the closest pawn shop.)
No later than 4:45 PM. Ceremony is at 5 pm sharp! Anyone who arrives after 5 pm will cause the ceremony to be delayed and will incur extra fees for us. I have instructed the venue to shoot anyone on sight that gets there after 5 PM. Please be punctual!
Ya kidding me?! Its Vegas! Uhm no!
Our wedding ceremony will be at the Stratosphere. That would be the ideal place to stay. We tried our hardest to get a block of rooms and get a discount for guests but unfortunately we were unsuccessful due to the nature of it being a destination wedding, they increase prices rather than discount. (They gave my middle finger a boner.) We compared their offers with offers from travel sites and they were much more expensive through the hotel. It is allot cheaper to book through travel sites that offer bundle packages that include flight and hotel. This is only our recommendation, but you are welcome to stay where ever you please that fits your budget and personal preference. We encourage everyone to start searching asap rather than later as the closer the date gets the more expensive it will be.
Our suggestion is to take a donkey from wherever you are staying to the ceremony venue. Kidding. Best thing to do in Vegas is take a cab or an Uber. We will provide transportation after the ceremony to the dinner venue for everyone.
We are staying at the Marriott Grand Chateau.
Bride and groom will be arriving Wednesday October 2nd. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as Thursday October 3rd. The majority of guests have plans on arriving on Thursday October 3rd and staying until Sunday, October 6th. However, you are welcome to stay longer if you wish. We will be staying there until Friday, October 11th.
We are NOT having a traditional wedding so therefore we are not having a reception. We are, however, treating everyone to dinner. The "reception" is what we all, those who dare and are willing to make of it, on the strip. Be prepared to drink, dance and go where ever the night may take us!
Between 70 and 80 degrees. Nights can be as cool as the other side of the pillow.
For those that are staying, we would love to gather everyone together and have lunch to celebrate our 1st day as a married couple. We would still love to continue to hang out with everyone throughout the day but you are welcome to make your own plans. We will also be celebrating 2 birthdays and a family vacation. #TeamHernandez
Pictures and video are NOT allowed during our ceremony. Please be respectful of our wishes and our special day. We want to share and enjoy our special day with everyone by creating memories and being in the moment instead of everyone reaching for their cell phones or devices. We will have a time slot for pictures after the ceremony.
