Travel Notes and Tips

For those traveling from out of the area, the nearest airport is Medford, OR. For lodging options in Scott Valley look for vacation rentals (Airbnb) in the vicinity of Fort Jones, Etna, and Greenview. Also check out the Collier Hotel or Bluebird Inn in Etna. There are more motel and lodging options in Yreka which is a bigger town about 25 minutes north of Scott Valley, but we recommend staying in the valley if you can! The Farmhouse Bakery, Etna Brewery, and Denny Bar Co. and Distillery in Etna are great places to check out for food/drinks, as well as Five Mary's burgerhouse, Maria's (Mexican food), and the Trading Post (coffee, breakfast burritos, sandwiches) in Fort Jones. If you are staying in the valley, the wedding venue will only be a 15 to 20-minute drive. From Yreka, the venue is about a 35-minute drive.
