May all life's passing seasons bring the best to you and yours!" –An Irish Blessing Brendon Clarke-Coogan and Ariel Asher first met in January of 2018 at her little sister’s twenty-first birthday party in Lynn. Up until that moment, and unbeknownst to them, their lives had been circling around each other for years. Despite the many missed opportunities, Brendon and Ariel have created a life that has made up for their time apart. Together, they have traveled the world, covering thousands of miles – visiting Ireland, Austria, Slovakia, and Spain – to collect as many stamps in their passports as possible. They have purchased their cozy home in Groveland – where their beloved cat, Manny, rules supreme – and has been the epicenter of many warm nights consisting of love and laughter; and they have been fortunate to share many of these moments with their loved ones. Ariel has put her fashionable flair on the decor while Brendon tries to stuff as many books as possible inside. Life has not been easy over the last three years. However, Brendon and Ariel have managed to endure the pandemic and it has brought them closer together. Having learned the fragility of life, Brendon realized that another moment without Ariel as his wife was unthinkable. He proposed in December of 2021 while Michael Bublé’s “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” was playing in the background. Brendon and Ariel’s most treasured memory is of their first vacation together in Ireland, which brings us to their magical day: Friday, March 17, 2023, Saint Patrick’s Day. They are excited to raise a pint and celebrate their union with the people that they love most in the world. Sláinte!
