FAQs

If you have any other questions than what is listed here please feel free to reach out to either Ariel or Aubrey to have them be happily answered! Thank you and we are so excited to see you all on our special day!
Question

When should I RSVP by ?

Answer

To help us with out planning please RSVP as soon as possibly. However, our deadline is May 2nd 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you all understand!!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our special day for adults only (18yrs old+), with the exception of our immediate family. We want to ensure all guests especially parents can fully immerse/enjoy themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, your name and theirs will be specifically addressed when the formal invitations are sent out. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We strongly encourage and ask our guests to wear elegant and formal attire, with summertime colors as the attire. We suggest colors like blue, green, pink, yellow, peach, etc just not fully white as we want the bride the enjoy her special moment! Please no jeans, or t-shirts.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes, 30 minutes maximum as it will give you time to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check out the tab called "travel" for hotel recommendations from us!

Question

Can I take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

As much as we would love the photos, we kindly ask for you not to take any photos or videos during our ceremony and have everything on silent as it will be an "unplugged ceremony", we have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture our special moment and we'd be happy to share those photos with you at a later date. We however do encourage you to take as many photos/videos during cocktail hour and the reception and share them with us!

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages ?

Answer

We will be supplying all alcohol and will be having a bartending service who will be handing all other beverages. Due to the venues policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises unless given to the bride or groom prior to the event starting.

Question

Is this an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, as for the reception, that will be held indoors! Please prepare to be hydrated and wear sunscreen!
