We have blocked 19 rooms at the Aloft in Newport, a slick hotel in a fun area with bars and coffeeshops. The hotel rooms are a bit smaller, but are stylish and allow dogs free of charge. Shuttle
May 25, 2024 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
There will be a shuttle bus pickup. The bus will arrive at Aloft Hotel at 4:00 pm and depart for Fairfield at 4:10 pm. The bus will leave Fairfield at 4:20 pm. The venue is about 30 minutes away from the hotels. There will be welcome drinks upon arrival.
Rental Car

You should also be able to do this through the phone while calling the general Hertz customer service number.
Flight
The closest airport to fly into is CVG, servicing Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. It is about a twenty-minute drive from the airport to Newport, and 30 minutes from our wedding venue. There are Taxis and Ubers in abundance, but also check out the rental car discount below. If you cannot find a good flight to CVG, other options relatively near Amelia are Dayton (66 miles), Columbus (115 miles), or Indianapolis (133 miles).
