When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. at Gable Oaks Ranch. The reception will follow at the ranch in the Prairie Glenn Barn. We’ll celebrate, dance, and send off the night at 10:30 p.m.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. We’d love to see our guests dressed to impress! Celebrate with us in elegant gowns, refined cocktail dresses, and classic suits or tuxedos. Dress boots or block heels are great options for the outdoor setting.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive by 3:45 p.m. to get seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception both inside and outside the barn. We recommend bringing a jacket! We know it’s Florida, but December evenings can get cool!

When you RSVP online, you’ll see whether your children are included in your invitation. We love our little guests, but we’re keeping the guest list cozy so we can celebrate with all of our closest friends and family.

When you RSVP online, you’ll see whether a guest has been included with your invitation. We wish we could include everyone, but to keep our celebration intimate, our guest list is limited.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s a parking area right on site, and we’ll also have clear signage to help guide you.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Answer

We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner! While we’ll do our best to include options for everyone, please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re accommodated.
