Hotel
We have a block of rooms for the evenings of Saturday, March 19th and Sunday, March 20th. This is where we will be staying. Please click 'View' below to book your room using our unique link if you would like to stay here as well. The website is buggy at times, so if it claims there are no rooms left then please call 1-800-766-3782 and mention the Coe and Karbasi Wedding. The nightly room rate is $159 + 14% tax. The booking link will expire on February 24th, 2022. There are a number of other hotels in White Plains and Tarrytown if you prefer to stay elsewhere, and it's also possible to stay in NYC and use Metro-North or drive to get to and from the event.
Shuttle
March 20, 2022 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We will offer a large shuttle bus departing from Blue Hill at the end of the event and returning to the Sonesta Hotel in White Plains. In order to get to the venue, we recommend an Uber/Lyft/cab from Tarrytown or White Plains.
Train
For guests arriving from NYC, you may take Metro-North from Grand Central to Tarrytown on the Hudson Line or to White Plains on the Harlem Line. From either station, a taxi/Uber/Lyft to the venue will take 10-20 minutes.
Flight
For our guests traveling from Canada to the US for our event, please monitor travel requirements, which are ever-changing. Generally, proof of vaccination and a negative COVID test are required. Please check government guidance for further details.
