Matron of Honor
As the bride’s older sister, I’ve had a front-row seat to Arianne's greatest hits—from her “factoid” obsession (did you know octopuses have three hearts?) to her flawless ability to copy literally everything I did growing up, including my fashion choices, music taste, and eventually, my school choices. She rewatched Disney movies like they were historical documents, and somewhere between Greek mythology and ancient history, she crafted her own idea of true love—and today, she’s living it. It’s been an honor to watch her grow into a smart, beautiful, and sometimes sickly woman, and I’m beyond proud to stand by her side (and probably keep her from ugly crying). Love you always, sis.
Best Woman
I’m Gabriel’s cousin, just ten months apart, but he’s always felt more like a big brother. We grew up side by side, sharing everything—from sunny pool days and farm adventures in Brazil to the moments that shaped who we are. No matter where life took us, we were always cheering each other on. Watching him step into this new chapter fills my heart in a way that’s hard to put into words. Arianne, seeing the way you love and light up Gabe brings me so much joy. My heart is full knowing he’s found someone who makes him so deeply happy. I’m beyond excited to witness the beautiful life you two will build together.

Arianne is my youngest sister and as such, I’ve seen her whole personality grow. She was the sweetest, smartest kid but the best part was her quirkiness. In her early years she fell in love with the movie Babe and began to identify as a pig. A bit later, I introduced her to WWF wrestling and afterwards she often asked me to suplex her. I’d collect her from school and go to her soccer games where she would pick flowers on the field during game. And then she grew up and thankfully, retained some quirks, and found someone to complement them.

Arianne is one of my closest friends, and I’m so grateful for the bond we’ve built over the years. From spontaneous adventures to countless laughs, she’s been a constant source of joy in my life. I’m incredibly honored to stand by her side as she begins this next chapter with Gabe. I can't wait to celebrate their love on such a special day!

Gabe is a man of focus… commitment… and unfiltered chaos. I once asked him to send a photo to test an AI beauty ranking model during complex analysis class. This man, without hesitation, emailed me a headshot of Dr. Novo (our professor) in class. Say less. It was an epic moment among our math nerds. Poor Hasib got caught and took the fall, but Gabe? Untouched. He’s got talents most people can’t even perceive: dry humor that could desiccate a desert, knows the deep, dark secret behind every cheese sandwich, plus spatial awareness that I believe he could do parallel park. And then… he asked to leave. Not just the realm of chaos and theoretical math… but bachelorhood. Over a woman, of course. She must be extraordinary - to handle all of Gabe’s dimensions: Euclidean, emotional, and, of course, his spatial awareness. Congrats, brother. Marriage just gained an unfair advantage.

Singing at first Friday mass. Wild sleepovers. Skype calls from across the pond. A few dozen hot dogs at Blackies. 2007 to today, Arianne and I have done so much growing up together! A sisterhood formed in the throws of high school that developed into a life long friendship! I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful person in my life! I can't wait to party the night away with you as usual!

Arianne and I met while working at the Mattatuck Museum -- where we hit it off right away! We bonded over a love of broadway musicals, similar shows, and typical millennial non-sense. We've remained friends throughout the years and even traveled all the way to Brazil for a weekend to see Taylor Swift. Crazy, right? But there's nobody else I'd rather "shake it off" with. I wish you and Gabe an "enchanted" marriage for years and years!

Arianne came into my life when she chose me to become her academic daughter at St. Andrews. A decision she may regret to this day, or the best decision of her life. Well…second best, I suppose. Between our bouts of procrastination and sleepless nights working on assignments, we grew close. Our humor was dark but the circles under our eyes were darker. Arianne saw me through my highs and lows and in return, she forced me into the crevice on the side of her bed when I offered to help her clean out her room. Even after we both left St. Andrews, we found ways to meet up, like when we casually visited a sex museum in New York City. No matter where we both end up, we will always find a way to be in each other’s lives, through memories old and new. The union of Arianne and Gabe is no exception. It will be a special day and a glorious reunion for two beautiful dumbasses. Gabe is a lucky fella to have met Arianne, and I look forward to telling him all the stories of our time at St. Andrews.
