Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes! There will be transportation from McMinnville to the venue. Please reserve a seat prior to May 1st if you are not camping. More information to come.

Is there cellphone service?

No service once you hit the dirt road, goes for about 3 miles until you arrive. There will be lots of signs directing you to the venue.

If I am camping, where can I get ready?

We will have completely stocked bathroom trailers for everyone to get ready in.

If I am camping, what do I need to bring?

Answer

Please bring any camping necessities you would like. The camping area is one giant green field. If you have an RV or camping trailer that is OKAY, just let us know to make sure we give you a spot to park. We will be providing breakfast and lunch for Saturday and Sunday if you are camping.
