Question

Can we wear perfume or cologne?

Answer

We kindly ask that neither you or anyone else wear anything perfume/lotion or cologne like to our wedding. We understand that people feel their best when they smell good, but out of respect for our immediate family members who have health issues, it will not be allowed as they have severe lung diseases. If you "forget", you will be asked to leave. There WILL be somebody at the entrance doing a smell check, keep in mind. There will be NO accidents, family or not. If you follow any rule, this is the one we ask you follow the most.

Is this a kid-free wedding?

Answer

No! We would love to have the kiddos around to celebrate the day with us! There will be activities for the kids, arts & crafts, goodie bags, and a whole dinner table for the kids full of healthy snacks and food! The one thing we DO ask is that during the ceremony, if your child begins to get a little antsy or become loud that you find a way to distract them just for the walk.

What is the "dress code"?

Answer

This is a floral wedding with cremes, pastels, and hints of semi vibrant colors. You my wear whatever makes you feel beautiful/handsome! We want you to feel good about yourself! We just ask that you don't wear anything revealing or extremely short out of respect for the kids. (Sad it has to be said but it does.) OH, and no WHITE ;)

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you "secure your spot" by December 30th.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

This is an invite only wedding. We understand not wanting to be alone but we also want to protect our peace and not have people show up who's energy is not welcome. You may bring your family, children, dog, cat, or fish, I do not care, but if you are requesting to bring a friend it is asked that you verify with myself or Paul before doing so.

Is it okay to take pictures and videos?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to capture the memories with everyone, we do ask that if you are going to photograph someone aside from the bride & groom that you ask permission before doing so. Some people feel more respected and comfortable when they don't have a camera in their face when they didn't ask and we are going to continue that respect.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

You may leave or we invite you to stay for some dancing, game, music, dinner and some fun! In this website you will find the wedding menu and schedule.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will not be having an open bar as I've seen how a lot of people act when they become drunk and our wedding will not be ruined for your enjoyment. Being drunk and/or drinking prior, outside the venue, or sneaking it will not be allowed. We do NOT have an alcohol permit therefore they will shut the wedding down the second it is sensed. Plus, no one needs to be drunk around children anyways.
