FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed below, feel free to reach out and ask us.
Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

On the back of your invitation there is a QR code for you to scan that will take you to the RSVP page of this website. Or you can just go to RSVP tab and fill it out. It's the same site, same process, just different ways to get there. If either of those are unavailable for you, just text me and I can manually input it. But please use the website unless absolutely necessary.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

July 1st at the absolute latest! The sooner, the better. If you're unsure, just text one of us and we'll work it out. That being said, if you *can not go*, please also let us know.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-Formal / Cocktail. This means no jeans! Pictures will be taken, so dress nice. Keep in mind it's going to be mostly outside. Please do not wear white, grey, green or orange to avoid clashing with the wedding party. If you have any questions or need help deciding what to wear, let me know!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless stated on your invitation, or otherwise communicated to you, no. We have a guest limit, and adding extra people last minute makes it more complicated both for us and the vendors.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are having a kid free wedding! There will be alcohol and an open body of water, so both for the safety of everyone and personal preference, we have chosen to have no kids at the event.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our venue is very accommodating, so if none of the catering options fit your specific requirements, you are more than welcome to bring your own food. Just let us know, and we can work it out with our coordinator so your food can be kept separate and served only to you.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/Arianna-Logan Target: https://www.target.com/gift-registry/gift/arianna-logan Walmart: https://www.walmart.com/registry/wr/a1f235d6-31d6-4b4a-8f20-486e2876ae5e

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, we'd like to keep distractions and obstructions as limited as possible. There will be a professional photographer taking pictures, so please keep your phones down and silenced. At the end there will be an announcement, and you can take as many pictures as you want. But until then, no. However, feel free to take as many photos as you want at the reception.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional photos. We ask that you wait until after our announcement to post them, but once given the go ahead feel free!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You may start arriving one hour before the ceremony time. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes ahead to ensure you have enough time to find a seat. In order to prevent time delays, seating will end ten minutes before the ceremony. Please arrive early! We cannot make exceptions for everyone, so make sure you are seated by 3:50 at the absolute latest.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking will be in the field in front of the venue site. There will be signs telling you where to go, and someone to greet you and point you in the direction of the ceremony area. For those who need assistance or accommodations, you can be dropped off closer to the front and have someone park your car, or there will be a golf cart to transport those unable to walk across the field.

Question

What should we do when we are trying to leave?

Answer

Unless your car is blocked, feel free to just go! It's called an Irish exit, and we will not take any offense to it. We want to be able to enjoy our night. Feel free to message us with your wishes or any departing words.
