Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our Wedding is a Semi-Formal event. Please note that there will be some grassy areas and the weather could be on the cooler side so please plan accordingly for both outfit and shoes.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please fill out our online RSVP form on our website by using the QR code on the back of the rsvp card or by typing in our website URL by January 8th, 2026.

What Happens If I Do Not RSVP On Time? What Happens If I RSVP Yes But Can No Longer Attend?

Answer

-If you don't RSVP by the deadline of January 8th, we will assume that you are not attending. -If your plans change after RSVPing "yes", we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible so that we can update our guest count.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When submitting your RSVP, there will be a question about dietary restrictions. Please complete it so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only those with a designated plus one will see it noted on their invitation and RSVP card. If you were not given a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Will There Be A Bar?

Answer

Yes! A full open bar will be available, including signature drinks from the Bride and the Groom.

When Should I Book My Hotel By?

Answer

If your looking to secure one of the limited rooms that we have at the venue, I would book as soon as possible as they will go quick. Under the travel page we have linked a few other hotles that are under 10 minutes away that you can book at as well but we don't have a room block there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so please plan to arive to Tampa Palms Country Club by 4:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not have any provided transportation to and from the hotels to Tampa Palms Country Club.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of free on-site parking at Tampa Palms Country Club.

Can I Take Pictures And Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We request an unplugged ceremony to allow the photographer and videographer to capture every moment. Please keep phones away during the ceremony but feel free to take photos/videos during the reception.

Is The Wedding Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

Both! Ceremony- Outdoors, right in front of the lake on the lawn. Cocktail Hour- Under the Verandah. Reception- Indoors but there is an outside courtyard that will be open for guests to go out there as well.
