The ceremony starts at 3:00m. Please arrive to the venue at least 30 mins before the start of the ceremony. IF YOU ARE LATE, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU INTO THE CEREMONY!
the wedding is an indoor and outdoor event. the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. the reception will mostly be indoors. *there will be a fire pit for smores outdoors during the reception
The dress code is business casual. - please do not wear jeans and/or graphic t shirts - please do not have offensive images on shirts -please remember that this wedding is in august in the mountains. - do not wear super high heels as they may leave holes in the grass at the venue

Yes! There will be a "kids" station * PLEASE ACCOMPANY YOUR KIDS AT THE KIDS STATION. DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENED * IF YOUR CHILD BREAKS ANYTHING, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT PER THE VENUE RULES
It will be buffet style for dinner. We will have a range of foods. If you need something specific please let Arianna or Jonah know via text or email. We will do our best to accommodate but will let you know if we cannot.

To follow the ceremony, cocktail hour. after cocktail hour, all guests will move indoors to begin the reception. after the mother/son dance, everyone may go in and out as they please. * DINNER AND DESERT WILL ONLY BE SERVED INDOORS

Taking photos is fine and there will a QR code to scan to send us the photos you take the whole night. *PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE ASILE OR THE PHOTOGRAPHER *THE PHOTOGRPAHER HAS THE COUPLE'S FULL PERMISSION TO YELL AND/OR REDIRECT ANYONE WHO IS BLOCKING PHOTOS. THE COUPLE WILL SUPPORT THE PHOTOGRAPHER
