17 years old. Mr. Hirshman's student government homeroom. Arianna taught Joe how to strut and do the stanky leg. Joe advised Arianna on good techniques for balancing donuts on her head.

How It All Began

College in Madison, Wisconsin (go badge). A big move to New York City. Developing and settling into careers in nursing and financial technology. Creating lifelong friendships. Traveling the world. Adopting a cat. Attending graduate school. And all the small, precious moments in between.

It's finally time to make things official.

Building Our Lives Together

A getaway weekend out of the city in Montauk, New York. Joe woke Arianna up at the crack of dawn to watch the sunrise over an ocean bluff. He got down on one knee and asked. She cried and said "of course." They celebrated with a fat stack of pancakes and a nap. (Joe hadn't slept a wink the night before.)
