Both will be held in the same room along with the cocktail hour in between - it is located on the 3rd floor of the Crystal Ballroom. Please enter via the door on SW 14th next to the ticket booth.
Please arrive by 3:00 pm so you can be in your seats, ready for the ceremony to begin by 3:15 pm. **If you will need to find a parking spot, we recommend coming 20 minutes early so you have time to find a spot, pay the parking attendant, and walk to the venue**
Yes, kids are invited! If you are bringing your kids, please indicate so and include their ages when you RSVP.
There are parking lots & garages located in the following locations closest to the venue: Across Burnside: Lot #34 - 1313 W Burnside (Lot #34) City Center Parking - 14 NW 14th Ave SW 13th: Lot #157 - 455 SW 13th Ave Washington Street Parking - 1232 SW Washington St . The cost vary from $5-$9 for the evening and there is also street parking available that is free after 7 pm. ***Again, we highly recommend carpooling or taking a Lyft or Uber from your home or hotel to minimize the stress of finding a spot AND so everyone can get home safely at the end of the night***
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then we have planned for you to bring a plus 1. If not, please keep in mind that we are trying to stick to a budget & guest limit, but if its very important to you, please ask us directly.
During the ceremony we request that you do NOT take pictures or have phones out. We have hired amazing photographers to document this special moment and would prefer that the pictures aren't full of other "photographers" or their "cameras". HOWEVER, after the ceremony please feel free to take as many pictures as your heart desires and please share them to which ever social media platform you use with our wedding hashtag #ForeverWunder so that we can find the photos later.
Yes - for now we only have a limited number of rooms reserved at the McMenamins Crystal Hotel directly across from the Crystal Ballroom where the ceremony & reception will take place. However, there are plenty of hotels in & around Downtown Portland that will allow for an easy time getting to & from the venue with an Uber/Lyft or using the TriMet Bus or MAX systems.
