Our story began in a way we didn’t expect—with a simple swipe. We both opened Tinder without much hope. He had been on a few dates and was ready to give it all a rest… but felt a quiet nudge to just give it one more shot. She wasn’t searching for anything in particular—just curious. But as it turns out, they were exactly what each other’s heart had been waiting for. Right from the beginning, something felt different. We had effortless conversations filled with laughter, faith that echoed in both hearts, and a shared love of music. Somewhere between all the inside jokes and heartfelt talks, we discovered we also shared a passion for ministry and serving others. And with a foundation of these things, our relationship easily grew and thrived. What started with one small decision turned into long drives listening to music albums, spontaneous praise breaks, fun trips to Cultus Lake, shared prayers, and a growing sense of peace and joy we hadn’t quite known before. We didn’t plan to meet each other when we did—but we both believe God had been gently preparing our hearts all along. Now, we get to walk into this next season hand in hand, grateful for how it all began—with one swipe, one conversation, and a love that keeps growing.
