Matron of Honor
Sarah and Ari met working at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas in New York City in 2013. There they went from “that annoying co-worker” to best friends. They went on to working at different salons after 2019, but now they are the GLAM FAIRIES and get to glam so many gorgeous Brides together. Ari was Sarah’s Maid of Honor— now a full circle moment, Sarah gets to be Ari’s Matron of Honor. 🤍🧚♂️
BAYO “Maxx”
Best Man
Although Maxx and Damon are first cousins, they are more like brothers as they share the same love for Bridget Hill. They have an inseparable bond since they were kids, staying up late playing video games, watching Golden Girls and walking their Grandma’s dog Coco to the sub shop, etc. They criticize each other the most, but always have each other’s backs. Maxx is the closest person to Damon and someone he has the upmost respect for. Damon always says Maxx is the best person he knows. Their love for each other is unmatched.
Kyu
Best Man
Kyu and Damon became friends in high school. Their friendship quickly became a brotherhood. Kyu is that CRAZY brutally honest best friend, that will talk shit to you but be damned if someone else does. Whether it’s cracking jokes on each other, or talking about life over a bottle of whiskey, when these two get together, it’s always an epic time. Kyu is that friend that knows Damon better than he knows himself. He’s his #1 Hype Man and someone Damon loves going out with. Through thick and thin, these two are brothers for life!
Zia Ketty “Zizi”

“Zia” means Aunt in Italian. We call my Zia, “Zizi” because Ari’s brother called her a Zizi as a baby. Ketty was 12 when Ari was born, and she quickly became a role model to Ari. Ari thought she was the coolest person growing up and she loved hanging out with her and her best friend Linda. Zizi was a huge reason and inspiration that Arianna got into beauty and Cosmetology.
Jessica

Jessica and Ari met in the 6th grade and never looked back. Jessica is the sister Ari never had. Jess was always that friend who would always keep it real, never lie and speak her mind, even if it hurt your feelings. You can always count on Jessica for a great travel partner, political tik toks, and a good crab boil. Not many can say they’ve kept a best friend for over 25 years and no matter how much time passes— it’s like no time has passed at all.
Teddy “Man of the People”

Teddy and Damon have been friends since High School. Teddy has always been the voice of reason, someone Damon can always come to. Teddy is the reason Damon doesn’t skip leg day— as he aspires to be able to body slam him one day in the pool. Blood doesn’t make you family, but loyalty does—and Teddy has always had Damon’s back since day one in more than one way. Light skinned brothers stay winning. True man of the people!
Ashley “PLANTZ”

Ari & Ashley met through Tom. They clicked instantly. It was like Ashley was a sister. Ashley was always a great friend and guinea pig to Ari. She always freely let Ari do whatever it was with her hair and with 100% trust. Ashley is an awesome, loving, generous friend. She will always have your back, never let anyone mess with you and is sure to make you laugh. You can always count on her to show up with a Starbucks coffee or anything Hogwarts.
Darren
Groomsman
Darren and Damon became friends when Damon would come up from Atlanta to New Jersey to visit Maxx over the summer. He and Damon to this day still debate over who’s better: Kobe or Jordan. Darren is the only one Damon will make sports bets with. Darren believed in Damon and hired him as an Inspector at their Engineering firm that changed his life to this day. They’re more like brothers than friends. Damon is forever grateful for Darren’s brother hood.
Tom

Ari and Tom met working at Target at the ripe age of 16. It all began when Ari’s Mom got Tom as a secret Santa at work, and she got him a huge Mariah Carey poster. Tom and Ari bonded on their love of music, musical Divas, Sex and the City, dance 💃🏻 🕺 🪩 parties, and “plants🌳”.
Chip “Darkness”

“Darkness,” or better known as Chip, and Damon met through Maxx over the summer when they were kids. At first Damon didn’t like Chip because he beat him in basketball. Damon ended up sitting outside in the rain for an hour because he lost. Chip was Damon’s first roommate back at 71 Lee Ave. IYKYK! Damon has always looked at Chip as a younger brother. He is someone he cares about and is protective over. They share their competitive spirit on the Basketball court to this day.
Elisa

Elisa came into Ari’s life through her best friend Tom (she’s his cousin), and she’s been grounding us ever since. Back in the day, when they used to get high together she was always the dead giveaway to my mom because of her “high” face. 😂 Ari’s Mom: “You know how I know you bitches are high?! Look at her FACE!” Elisa has always been the calm, nurturing one in any situation, whether it’s holding the vibe together but she will be the first person to join in on Ari and Tom’s dance party. Watching her step into motherhood has been unreal. She’s an incredible mom and we love our little nephew Ethan!
Ricky

Ricky is Damon’s older cousin, who has always been more of a big brother and someone Damon has looked up to. Ricky used to take Damon around with him to all the high school parties when he was a kid. Ricky once carried bloody Damon into the house after Damon didn’t listen and hit his head on a street light. Ricky has given Damon fashion, finance, and life lessons. He has supported Damon throughout his life, and always encouraged him to be better. Ricky is someone Damon is truly grateful to have in his life.
Holly “First Lady”

Holly came into our lives through Teddy (her husband) and immediately assumed her role as the First Lady of the group. She is the planner, the protector, an amazing friend and dog mama, and the person you want in charge when things go sideways. Trips? Immaculate. Itineraries? Consider it handled, just be there. Spreadsheets? There will be multiple tabs, and somehow all perfect. Holly has quite literally saved both Damon’s and Ari’s lives on separate occasions, not exaggerating, and if it weren’t for her, we may not even be here getting married today (LOL but also true). Despite being wildly a competent and responsible human, Holly knows exactly how to have a good time. Put Ari and Holly in a bar with live music, a few drinks, and no agenda, and it’s guaranteed to be the best night ever.
Nick

Nick was the first person out of Ari’s family Damon met. Over the years they’ve built their own relationship. Damon and Nick have celebrated birthdays, gone to concerts, and gone on trips together. Damon always encourages Nick to live his life to the fullest! Nick has told Damon that he is the best “boyfriend” and now Fiancé Ari has ever had. Nick is the best Brother-in-Law anyone could ask for.
Daniella “Coppa”

Daniella “Coppa” and Damon first met when she made fun of Damon’s big feet on Damon’s first day at his bartending job. What started out as a joke, grew into a brother-sister relationship. These two definitely fight like siblings. Coppa is one of the realest people Damon knows and someone Damon talks to daily about everything. Damon got a two for one deal as he gained a female best friend and a nephew Lorenzo. Even though Coppa calls Damon “Extra” Damon wouldn’t trade her for the world as he has so much love and respect for her. Coppa and Ari also met early on. Coppa has always been so welcoming to Ari. They’ve bonded on being 1st generation Italians and Scorpio Queens. Coppa also was a huge part of planning and setting up Damon’s proposal. Ari appreciates her so much, as she can always count on her to knock some sense into Damon.
Justin “Juice”

Juice and Damon are first cousins. Juice introduced Damon to everyone in East Brunswick when Damon moved from Atlanta. He helped Damon find his own identity, beyond being “Juice and Maxx’s cousin.” Damon could always make Juice laugh when he used to scream “LOOK AT YOUUU!!!” from the bleachers during football and basketball games. Juice helped Damon graduate and even took a black eye for him. Although their football teams may be different, they’re always on the same team when it counts.
Alyssa
Flower Girl
Damon and Alyssa first met when Damon started his part-time job bartending. It all began when Alyssa and Coppa made fun of his big feet. Damon always says Alyssa has one of the kindest hearts. She would adopt every dog in the world if she could and at the same damn time you may find her twerking on some head lights. That’s why we love her. Alyssa and Ari met early on and they clicked. Alyssa was a huge part of Damon and Ari’s engagement. She helped plan and set up everything on the beach in Asbury and to this day tells Ari she deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for marrying Damon.
Julianna
SHOT GIRL
Julianna is Ricky’s daughter and Damon’s niece. At one time he used to spoil her with Play-Doh and Legos, played board games with, now has grown into a beautiful, intelligent, well-rounded, young lady. Damon couldn’t be more proud of her and will always support her any way he can. Damon and Ari are so happy she is part of the celebration.
Lorenzo
SHOT BOY
Lorenzo is Daniella “Coppa’s” son, the nephew Damon always wanted. Damon has watched Lorenzo grow up into an amazing young man. He is someone Damon loves, supports and cares about. He will always be there for him, and tries to guide him into the right direction.
