HOW AND WHEN DO I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website "RSVP" tab by March 16th, 2024. There are no mail in RSVP cards.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Absolutely no jeans. For footwear, please note that our ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. Wedges, chunky heels, or flats are best! Ladies please refrain from wearing white, ivory or cream colors as they are reserved for the bride. Dress to impress! If you'd like to coordinate with our color palette, you can wear black, gray, or shades of green.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue at 5:30pm and by 5:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm.

WILL THE EVENTS BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

All events are held at the Cordelle. The ceremony will be taking place outdoors in the garden. It is a grassy, uncovered area. Cocktail hour will take place on the covered patio outdoors. The reception will be taking place indoors.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to celebrate with. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on the website. Due to limited space in the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements for your children ahead of time so you can celebrate and enjoy the evening with us!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes. There will be an indoor and outdoor bar to provide our guests with beer, seltzer, wine, and specialty cocktails. There will also be water, tea, and coffee provided. No outside beverages are permitted. Please help yourself and enjoy responsibly!

WHAT WILL BE SERVED FOR DINNER?

Answer

Appetizers will be provided during cocktail hour. Dinner will be taking held at 7:00pm. It is a buffet style dinner including brisket, chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, salad, and dinner rolls.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There are two areas on each side of the patio designated as smoking areas that include ash trays. The venue asks that you do not smoke under the patio or indoors.

WHEN DOES THE RECEPTION END?

Answer

The bride and groom will have a send off at 10:30pm outside the front doors of the Cordelle. The venue asks that all guests are out by 11:00pm. There will not be an after party.

WHERE DO WE BRING OR SEND A WEDDING GIFT?

Answer

You may kindly bring it with you to the wedding, purchase through our registry, or send it to our address at 1208B Sigler St., Nashville TN, 37203.

WILL THERE BE PARKING?

Answer

Street parking is available, but limited, on Lindsley Avenue and Academy Place. As the venue is located in a downtown urban area, we strongly suggest you do not leave valuables left visible in your vehicles. We strongly recommend that our guests use the transportation provided or rideshare services.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Answer

Yes! The venue has wheelchair accessible ramps available for guests who may need assistance.

Answer

Please see the "Schedule" tab on this website. It will continue to be updated closer to the wedding.

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS AT THE WEDDING?

Answer

While we appreciate you wanting to take photos during the ceremony, we have hired professionals to capture this amazing moment. We ask that the ceremony is unplugged, meaning no phones or cameras. However, during the reception, please snap as many photos as you would like to remember our special night.
