Question

Is this wedding still happening?

Answer

We've decided to have a micro-wedding in August with our immediate families. As long as NYS stays on the downward trend, we should be able to pull this off.

Question

But... what about the party?

Answer

We talked with the park and we unfortunately won't know how many people we can have, or in what format, until right before the event. That said, here's the plan:  - unless things take a hard turn for the worse, we're still planning to camp at Letchworth from 9/17 - 9/20. We'd LOVE for you to join us around the campfire and help us to celebrate.  - Assuming NYS continues to improve with regards to COVID, we'll still have an event on 9/18. If we're allowed, we're planning to have a simpler event (more of a picnic) during the day/evening.

Question

When will you know about the party for sure?

Answer

We're planning to make a decision about 1 week prior to the event.

Question

Should I keep my reservations?

Answer

We'd love for you to keep them, especially if you were planning to be in the park - we're planning to be at the park that weekend barring a COVID resurgence in NYS. Of course, we understand if you're unable/unwilling to make the trip or uncomfortable attending.

Question

Where is this thing?

Answer

Letchworth is a BIG park - the ceremony and reception will be held near/at the North Highbanks pavilion on the north end of the park, near the pool and the Park Police office. While you can use any of the 3 entrances to the park, the Mt. Morris entrance is (by far) the closest to the festivities. There is ample free parking at the pavilion.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Sure! If we're able to have the picnic with no capacity limits, we're happy to have kids attend.

For all the days along the way
