The wedding will take place at Strong Mansion on Sugarloaf Mountain. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will follow in a tent on the same property.

Yes, there will be shuttles to & from Strong Mansion. We STRONGLY recommend taking shuttle as Ubers/Lyfts to/from Sugarloaf Mountain can be very tricky. Shuttle pick up and drop offs will take place at the following two locations: TBD (Downtown Frederick) and Hilton Garden Inn (there are a few hotels within this parking lot, designated shuttle pickup infront of Hilton Garden). More information on specific shuttle times will be provided on this site closer to the wedding.
Yes, there will be parking available on-site for anyone planning on driving. There will be an attendant directing cars to designated parking areas upon arrival. We recommend arriving a little early to ensure plenty of time for parking and getting to the ceremony. If you require special assistance (such as a drop-off or help with mobility), please let the parking attendant know upon arrival. They will be happy to assist and direct you to the closest parking or drop-off point for convenience and comfort.
The dress code for our wedding is garden party formal. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. Please note that late August in Maryland can be hot. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, shoes appropriate for walking on grass & uneven terrain are encouraged. We want everyone to feel stylish yet comfortable & ready to get down on the dance floor!
We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture the moment. Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception!
We’ve decided to make this a special adults-only celebration to ensure that our guests can fully relax and enjoy the day. We appreciate your understanding.
TBD. If all prevails, yes.
