Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be at The White House wedding chapel in Warren and the lunch is at Fishbones in downtown Detroit.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive to the ceremony by 10:50am.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Following the ceremony, we will be taking photos and then heading to lunch.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can easily RSVP through the form available on this website. Please navigate to the appropriate tab above. The RSVP will become available on December 19th.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to dress in semi formal attire in shades of blue. Ladies, please avoid wearing whites and creams. We also ask for no jeans or gym shoes.

What about gifts?
Answer
While your presence is the greatest gift, you will find our wedding registry in one of the tabs. All gifts will contribute towards our honeymoon If you prefer gifting cash, that will also be greatly appreciated and will help jump start our lives as Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell. Thank you so much for supporting the couple!

The lunch will end by 3:30pm.

Why fishbones for lunch?
Answer
Fishbones is where we had our very first date and where Malik asked me to be his girlfriend 3 years ago, so it's a special place for us.

Are we allowed to take pictures?
Answer
Please feel free to take pictures and videos throughout the day but we are sending announcement cards to our additional family & friends so we ask that you not announce to any other individuals or on social media until we do.

What are the plans for the day?
Answer
We have planned everything already and all the details are put together & we are so excited to celebrate with each of you! After the ceremony we will take specific photos with the photographer(she has already been given a shot list) so that we can ensure we allocate the time we booked her for appropriately. After the photos we will head to fishbones in Downtown Detroit to enjoy lunch, take more pictures with one another and Malik and I will be presenting each one of you with personalized gifts.

What if I can’t make it?
Answer
Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP “Will NOT attend.” If you have already RSVP’d attending, but find that you will not make it. Please notify Ari (248-747-0659) or Malik (313-471-9667) as soon as possible.
