The rehearsal will be at our wedding venue, so please dress in light, summer-friendly fabrics! Think garden party meets cocktail casual—sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, and linen sets are perfect. We look forward to hosting our wedding party for dinner immediately following the rehearsal.
Welcome Cocktails

We will meet at Print Works Bistro at the Proximity Hotel for welcome cocktails with out-of-town guests. It’s a relaxed chance to mix and mingle with a drink in hand, so wear what makes you feel your best without going full cocktail.

Black Tie Optional: We invite guests to dress in formal evening-wear—tuxedos and gowns are welcome but not required. A dark suit or a chic cocktail dress will fit right in. Shuttles will begin transporting guests from the Proximity Hotel to the venue at 3pm.
After Party!

For those who aren’t quite ready to call it a night, the celebration will continue! Immediately following the reception, we invite all guests to join us at the Gilliam Residence for an after party filled with more food, drinks, dancing, and late-night fun. Shuttles will be available following the reception to take guests either back to the hotel or to the after party—so you can keep the night going or head in whenever you’re ready.

No formal timing, no pressure—just come as you are, stay as long as you’d like, or swing through on your way out. We’d love to see you.
