If you've looked at any other page on the wedding website, this brewery might look familiar. Dovetail is our tried and true date spot, a Garrett and Ari favorite. Not only does Dovetail hold a special place in our hearts, but it also brews some of the best Hefeweizen.

Hexe is a caffeine Mecca in the city of Chicago. Conveniently situated in a neighborhood epicenter, Hexe is the frequent destination for many of our friendship dates. For one, the cold brew has what we fondly call "bite" (bitterness is less fun to say) and two, the ambiance, both indoors and outdoors, keeps you sipping longer than planned.
Vaca's Creamery
Vegan or not, this unassuming window shop sells some of the best soft serve in Chicago. Their seasonal flavors and unique toppings have us driving 20+ minutes for frozen treats on even the coldest of winter days. And while it may have been the scene of our first kiss, we aren't biased. One spoonful will have you forgetting you ever liked dairy!

Restaurant repeats are rare for this duo. Cedar Palace is the exception. From BYOB dine-in to their takeout operation, the charming family behind this neighborhood mediterranean spot never fails to feed you like one of their own. And according to insiders, you'd be mistaken not to try the baba ghanoush.
