Please RSVP no later than August 25th, 2025 in order for us to provide our vendors with final guest counts and prepare seating arrangements.
Please arrive no later than 3:30 pm for the 4:00 pm ceremony start time in order to have extra time to park and find your seats. This will ensure for no delays in the ceremony.
Yes! We would love your children to attend our wedding but please ensure that the child's name was included with your invitation and that you were able to RSVP for their place. We will not be able to accommodate any extra people, children or adults that were not included with your invitation.
We are asking that guests wear "cowboy cocktail" attire. From elevated casual to formal is up to the guest. We are asking that guests refrain from wearing rust orange and tones of blue as these are our wedding colors.
We are asking guests to stay at Eagle Crest Resort if they would like to be in close proximity with other guests. You can book these accommodations through the hotel website itself, or another 3rd party site like Airbnb or VRBO. When booking through Airbnb or VRBO please ensure that the listing includes passes to the fitness center and pools if you are interested in using those amenities. Please book where you feel most comfortable, if there is a different hotel in mind, by all means book where you are most comfortable.
