We're tying the knot!

Who knew that the saying "opposites attract" could be so true. This saying was true for Tommy and Ariana when they first met, and it is still true now. From the moment Tommy and Ariana met, it was like watching a real-life rom-com unfold— but camp edition! It all started during the summer of 2022, when they worked at a summer camp together. Between lifeguarding at the pool together, hanging out in the dining hall, or setting up camp activities together, their friendship blossomed, and so did something... a little more than friendship ;) It was sooo obvious that they had a crush on each other, even if they didn't want to admit it right away. As the summer ended and fall arrived, their feelings for each other grew deeper. On November 4th, 2022... drumroll pleaseeee... Tommy asked Ariana to be his girlfriend which was such a special day!! Their relationship was long-distance, but that didn't dim the spark between them! They couldn’t wait to talk on the phone with each other, and visiting each other between Virginia and Georgia quickly became the highlight of every month. Long-distance wasn’t easy, but they made it feel like an adventure—complete with many many fun game nights, city exploration adventures, and so much more! Those trips were always so fun, and they often times brought their friends with them to join! Even though their visits with each other were always so enjoyable, being apart was tough. The goodbye hugs never got any easier. They did this for a year and a half, but eventually wanted to experience doing life together. Once Ariana graduated nursing school, she moved down to Atlanta to finally end the distance! Throughout their dating relationship, Tommy and Ariana have been through sooo many ups and downs together. Despite the different challenges they have gone through, they have fought to love one another, to have unity with one another, and for closeness with God. Then came May 31st, 2025—a date neither of them will ever forget. That’s when Tommy asked Ariana to marry him! (Spoiler alert: she said YES!). Their love story is full of fun, grace, resilience, devotion, tenderness, support, growth, adventure, and just so much love—and it’s just getting started! We are so grateful for the roles that each and every one of you played in our lives and in our story. So excited to celebrate our beautiful love story with everyone!
