We met back in high school—he was in band, and I was in color guard. Life took us in different directions after graduation when he joined the Air Force, but our friendship never missed a beat. When he came back home and transitioned out of the military, we picked up right where we left off. After months of laughing, talking, and growing closer, he finally asked me out—and the rest is history. What started as a lasting friendship turned into the love we’re so excited to celebrate with all of you.
