What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code for this wedding is cocktail attire. WOMENSWEAR: The women in the wedding party will be wearing cocktail dresses. Here's a good explainer on cocktail attire in menswear: https://www.mrporter.com/en-us/journal/fashion/party-season-outfits-25116544 OTHER TRADITIONS: If there's something from your own tradition you'd find personally meaningful to wear to a wedding, such as from India or from the Massachusett or Shinnecock tribal traditions, go for it. Please avoid blue jeans and denim though. OUTERWEAR: The weather in early November in Rhode Island is variable and can range from almost warm to below freezing, but the venue is exclusively indoors. Check the forecast!

Do we need to travel from the ceremony to the reception?
Answer
No! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are in the same building.

Are children or plus ones allowed?
Answer
This wedding will be predominantly attended by adults. We went to some care to delineate children and plus ones in your invitation. Did we make a mistake, or do you have a concern about who is invited? Please reach out to Ari or Raman to work out any questions so we can get an accurate headcount.

Where can I park?
Answer
There is a free parking lot for Hope Events on Main across Main St from the venue, as well as street parking and an additional parking lot behind the venue on Esten Ave.

Answer

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel block?
Answer
No. However, the hotel is only 1.3 miles from the venue. It's just a 6 minute drive via Uber or personal car. We encourage carpooling!

Are any portions of the wedding outside?
Answer
No! The reception, cocktail hour and ceremony are all indoors.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We ask that you unplug, live in the moment, and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We've hired a wonderful photographer to document this day and you'll have access to pictures afterwards! You are both welcomed and encouraged to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception.
