Lodging Tips

Our venue is located in Strawberry, AZ, which is a ~2 hour drive north of Phoenix. There are no big hotels near the venue or in the Strawberry / Pine area. Aside from the venue itself (where wedding party and immediate family are staying) and the cute Strawberry Inn mentioned below, the closest hotels are located in Payson, about a 25-30 minute drive to the venue. We recommend looking at Airbnb and VRBO rentals as there are hundreds in the Strawberry / Pine area! If you are staying anywhere in Strawberry or Pine, you should be within a 10 minute drive to the venue.

Travel Note

Shuttle Service / Ride Share

On wedding day, there will be a shuttle van that can pick guests up and drive them back within the Strawberry and Pine area. You can also drive to the venue, take the shuttle home, and pick up your car in the morning. Uber and Lyft is not really an option in this small town.

This boutique hotel is the closest lodging to the Cabins (9 minute walk/2 minute drive). They don’t do room blocks, unfortunately.

If you are flying in, your best bet is to fly into Phoenix and rent a car to get up to Strawberry, which is about a ~2 hour drive from Phoenix.
