What is the wedding dress code?

Formal attire is requested. Black tie optional attire is encouraged for guests who would like to dress more formally.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Ballroom at Carey Lake.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Plus-ones are reserved for guests specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.

Answer

The celebration will conclude at 11 PM.

Is there a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

Hotel accommodations are available at the Hilton Garden Inn. Guests may reserve a room using our booking link or by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the Bondi-Vongphachanh Wedding. Please make hotel reservations by July 30, 2026 to receive the discounted room block rate.
